The Chicago-based pop observer/critic Jessica Hopper, 32 (left), who writes or has written for the Chicago Reader, the Chicago Tribune, the late Punk Planet, and other publications over the years, has a wonderful entry on her weblog tinyluckygenius about her first-ever visit to Orchestra Hall for a Chicago Symphony Orchestra concert Saturday night.
